Median price for Seattle single family home up 31K from April to May
There are two ways to look at Seattle market statistics in 2019: the media portrayal of a dipping Seattle home sale market as it compares to all-time highs reached in the first half of 2018, or acknowledging that that all-time high was followed by a steep drop in the latter half of 2018 that knocked 116K off the median Seattle home sale price through January and recognizing that the median price has gone up 73K since then and 31K in just the last month.
